“SistaGirl Lactation cookies have been an absolute game-changer for me. Trust me when I say, I've tested their effectiveness extensively - so no placebo effect around these parts. Without them, I would pump around 5-7 oz in a 30-minute session, but with the cookies, I consistently pumped 10-15 oz. I often times would take them right before I’d go out of town so I could ensure I left enough milk with the baby.
